Kushan Dharmawardena            
Kushan Dharmawardena, Managing Director of Training Link International (Pvt) Ltd., holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (P.I.M.), University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Masetrs Degree in Advanced Business Practice from the University of South Australia, Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Dip.Ed.) from the Northern Territory University of Darwin, Australia and Final Membership Examination of the Hotel Catering and International Management Association (HCIMA) of United Kingdom.

Kushan brings with him over 20 years of work experience in Sri Lanka, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Maldives, Dubai, Bangladesh, Thailand, England and Australia in a variety of fields, including Training and Education, Sales & Marketing, Hotel and Catering Management, Leasing, Stock Broking, Merchant Banking and Management Consultancy. In addition to holding public workshops, Kushan has conducted training programs for over 125 reputed organisations including World Bank, Asian Development Bank and UNICEF. He has organised management workshops in Sri Lanka and overseas involving highly reputed International Trainers. Kushan was a visiting lecturer of the Australian College of Business and Technology (ACBT) and the University of Moratuwa. He is a Member of the Hotel Catering and International Management Association (HCIMA, UK) and a Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD).

Kushan’s workshops are based on the concept of "Experiential Learning" which involve participants in challenging and enjoyable activities. Thereby enabling the participants to easily understand and remember the concepts and be motivated to implement them in real life. At present, Kushan is conducting programs in Sri Lanka in Malaysia and working for two reputed institutes in Australia.

Mr Chee is a Corporate
Advisor, Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. His illustrious career spans
well over 20 years as a Banker, Trainer and Corporate Advisor to numerous major private and public listed
companies. Mr Chee’s areas of expertise include business management, financial management, financial modeling, strategic planning, organization development and corporate restructuring / turnaround.
Prior to his career as a Corporate Advisor, Mr Chee obtained a wealth of on-the-job experience having held key positions in an accounting firm, Public Bank Group, Mizuho Financial Group and DBS Bank. His involvement in the banking sector has provided him with comprehensive exposure in retail, corporate and offshore banking.
He also has extensive teaching and training experience, having lectured at post-graduate level for several leading educational institutes in Malaysia besides conducting numerous in-house training courses, workshops and conferences for multinational companies. He also served as a Course Instructor for the Institute Bankers of Malaysia (IBBM).
Mr Chee is an MBA graduate from the prestigious Heriot-Watt University in UK and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. His achievements have gained him membership to various professional bodies including the CPA Australia, Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and IBBM.
He is currently the Managing Director of Leap Forth SdnBhd and SAC Advisory Bhd, professional firms providing corporate advisory services.
Chor Ghee Lim

Chor Ghee has acquired extensive experience from 23 years of business, corporate and consultancy involvements (including more than 9 years in Vietnam) in dealing with foreign direct investment, cross border taxation / financial management, M&A, as well as structuring and managing strategic alliance and joint ventures. 

He has assisted many foreign companies to set up, acquire and expand their businesses in Vietnam.

He has successfully developed an advisory and accountancy practice that has since March 2014 merged into Tricor Vietnam Co., Ltd. Together with his business partners in Tricor Vietnam and IMT Software Solutions, a leading IT outsourcing company in Vietnam, he promotes Vietnam as an excellent investment and outsourcing destination for multinationals from USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. He also co-founded an outbound investment and business migration boutique catering to high-net-worth Vietnamese entrepreneurs expanding to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. 

His business groups in Vietnam has more than 350 staff.

He is a prolific speaker on cross border investment topics in regional conferences and workshops.

Sherine Dharmawardena

Sherine is the Executive Director of Training Link International. She works alongside her husband Kushan in coordinating training workshops. Besides being a mentor Sherine focuses her energy on sales and marketing for her company.

Sherine now works as an Early Childhood Educator for a reputed organisation in Melbourne, Australia while being engaged in her training and consultancy family business.  She is also an Australian certified Trainer and Assessor and holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Management major. Sherine was also a former member of the Business and Professional Women Sri Lanka. She has also been involved in the “May peace Prevail on Earth” Japanese movement and has travelled to Germany and USA in peace promotions.

As a mentor Sherine enjoys helping participants get the best benefit of the programs by helping them to create a workable action plan to meet challenging goals that benefit them personally and professionally.

With a friendly and engaging personality Sherine enjoys interacting with people from all over the world and passionate about helping people reach their dreams.
Wendy Lee
Outdoor Activities Chief facilitator
Wendy Lee possesses more than 10 years field experience in activities related to sales & marketing and training of star class international hotels. Her work exposure covers sales and marketing in the Manufacturing Industry before moving into Hospitality.
Wendy Lee is also very much involved in Training and Development. She has designed and facilitated several training programs for both Malaysian and International clients.
Wendy is a certified Train the Trainer. She is highly energetic and has a personal commitment in making team building and leadership sessions experiential, challenging and enjoyable for the participants. Her debriefing sessions are very practical and applicable to real life organisational behaviour. She has received numerous excellent ratings and reviews from her participants on the execution.
